Dear Senator, I feel your plight but I have some questions.

Is the senate rule doctored or altered in any way?
If no, case close.
If yes, was it altered according to law or not?
Whatever is your answer sir, when and who doctored or altered it?

I suppose that it may have been more pleasing that your press release also included answers to these important questions. I also suppose that you are in a position to know all these being principal member in both this and the last senate.

Even while I believe you are still innocent, I want to be rest assured you are.
