My two married-with-kids sisters are still in shape. Very active ladies.

And please no one is hating nobody. We are just having a healthy discussion here, everyone has a right to be obese or as slim as a rope. It's not my life. As for me and my household, we know that with EXCESS body fat comes more health issues over time...


Don't twist the discussion: I'm not talking about the little weight women gain from childbearing, which of course can be eliminated over a few months of SPECIFIC exercise, I'm talking about EXCESS WEIGHT or BLOWING OUT OF PROPORTION.
