Young man the statement reads that his arrest and detention was proper because it was backed up by a court order i wonder if you saw that part before calling the judiciary incompetent.

This our current judiciary itself lacks merit. You know the practice of EFCC detaining a suspect while still investigating is wrong yet you throw away the case for lack of merit.

Tough days for ffk. He will definitely seek revenge cos those persecuting him are guilty of what they accuse him for or worse...

Including buhari. All Nigerian public office holder are looters!

Buhari has set a dangerous precedent. Cos when next another party takes power they will jail all those who campaigned against them.

That is the only way we are going to win oh

The statement did not say it was proper , it said it was legal. Reason it for a while and you'll see they're two very different things. The only thing that makes the arrest legal is because the order was backed by a previous judge, nothing else. And this current judge doesn't think it is right, but what does he do? He still throws out the case!

Eeyah FFK, the PDP that you've been running your mouth to defend, were are they now? They left you to fight your battle by yourself. I really don't pity you. Meanwhile, enjoy your Beans while it last.

pmb has set the precedence on prosecuting corrupt leaders, now its APC time,it wud teach all those in authority a lesson that when you loot, you can be probed ,SO LET ALL HATERS OF BUHARI JUST PRAY TO GOD THAT PDP ENTERS IN 2019.i see nothing wrong if PDP enters in 2019 and probed all corupt APC leaders.the truth some people dont want to acknowledge is that these people actually looted public fund.i wonder why a foolish poor person would be sentimental about them probing a stinkingly rich and corrupt politicians.i see nairaland divided into two camps.the buhari (apc)fans and the jonathan (pdp) fans.lets just tell ourself the truth and not be sentimental about things.no looter should go unpunished ,APC OR PDP.so let agrieved people just pray to GOD that power should shift in 2019, so APC politicians can be probed lol

BUHARI: an old senile bastard! An unrepentant tyrant who came into power to the set the people against themselves with his 97-5% kind of leadership. He is indeed a curse to this nation. I denounce his personality and I hereby declare that MOHAMMADU BUHARI is not my president. So help me God.

I know what I read, idiota. Perhaps you should read my comment again. You don't have to quote me if you're too dumb to comprehend simple statements.

Does the fact that a ruling is backed by another court of equal or lower status un-upturn-able? Even when the judge doesn't think the action is right?
I hope you've been properly served. I also hope you've learned a lesson too.

Nairaland is not for motor park touts. Behave yourself when you return.

Eeeyah, the look on FFK's face was that of worry and tiredness. Unfortunately for him, the law has to take its course.

If he has knowingly or unknowingly involved himself in some wrong doings, let him face the music. At least he was enjoying all the loot before he was detained.

Enough of defending these set of people who care less about us and only know we exist when election is around the corner.

Even Buratai himself should be investigated.

Sorry Ass

what are those things?, name them, but pls lets face fact na , let fani kayode have his day in court then if is not guilty he will be free, so d issue is dat we shouldnt follow what dese politicians say , when they enjoy their loot it is they and their family but when they are caught they start forming victim, shouting witch hunt, religion etc. u know these men na.

This is a bridge of human right. His not guilty until proven guilty so why detain him for more than 24 hours. What kind of government is this, I pray buhari stays alive when the next president comes for his arrest. If he likes he should go to ecowas court. His detention will be till infinite.

What he ought to challenge is the Power of a Court extending the maximum time granted by the constitution!

You're saying someone will be tried and jailed for something he can prove his innocence on?

LOL

You people will say anything to support corruption.

In the Nigerian legal system no one I repeat no one is to prove his innocence rather it's the prosecution that must prove him guilty. That's easy to do when in power. The truth is when another party takes over, it will be witch hunting all over again.
Who witch hunting epp?
What has buhari done with the looted funds he claimed he has recovered?
Why is so much time and energy being put into jailing his enemies rather than the economy?
