I lost my international passport which will expire by December 6th do I need to go abuja for renew,I still have photo copy of the date page

Get police report first then go to immigration office in your state to apply for another one. You don't need to go to Abuja

you'll have to declare it missing and apply forr lost case. can only be done in abuja
