The vram can't be upgrade as that's tied to your system ram. The pre-allocated amount can be changed in the bios up to 512mb but not necessary.

You can't upgrade processor.

Not really...having more system RAM will help the iGPU but it depends on the specs of your system as to whether it's worth the upgrade or not.

An upgrade for gaming isn't worth it. You could try titles made in 2008 (same year your cpu was made) on low settings and see how you get on..that's what I'd recommend. You'd be better off saving and building a gaming pc/or buying a gaming laptop
