Am sure the doc assessed you,the degree of cramps varies
Definitely he/she wasn't comfortable with the assessment of the degree of the cramps
Be sure that ur health caregiver will always have ur best interest @ heart

You might never know the fainthearted your story will inspire..i drew inspiration from goldenruby's story..and I am forever grateful she shared her story..i might not have stayed positive enough and my labour myt have lasted longer..i got to the hospital by 11pm and my baby came out by 12.35am..

@jenifer85...my own fluid leaking wasn't serious o! it was coming out in trickles and all I did was drink enough water.. i didn't stop my exercise .i was stubborn like that..infact the day I had my baby, I walked from federal government college ijanikin to adeniran college of education and back to vespar before taking a bike and I took the bike cos it wanted to rain and I had clothes washed..
I had scans done every week sha I! And I was on very close monitoring by my doctor..i just didn't sit or lay in the hospital.. my doctor wanted labour to start on its own and it didn't until I clocked 40weeks..he didn't want the induction to fail and me didn't want the pain of induction either..i fear labour pass anything..
Don't try my stunts o! My fluid started leaking at 37weeks so I was term anyway..

I had tears in my eyes while reading your birth story, and at the same time thank God that everything ended well. The journey into motherhood is not easy at all.

The nurse simply put her hand on my tummy for 10 minutes. She said she felt nothing. She spoke with the doctor on the phone and then gave me the meds.

imoge she can't raise her leg up coz her leg was affected after the accident. i thank God she didn't sustain fracture although she's finding it difficult to walk properly.

If you are doing exclusive feed more often! Whenever your baby roots towards your boob pop it in.
Bm digest faster than formula so that 3hrs timing won't be ideal at all. Just feed your baby anytime cos the more you feed the more breast milk you produce.
To know if you are producing enough try expressing into a feeding bottle.

Well this postpartum I am talking 'bout has an incision opening,and doctors and midwife at my hospital recommends it,plus we have plenty mothers who has also testified to this,it doesn't cover neither touch the incision sight atall. Am getting mine at my next antenantal,i will likely post it here so u can visualize what am talking bout.

I use generic brands. Such as Tesco's store brand or ASDA's own. I think you need to watch out that the multivites are okay. I add folic acid (those small yellow tabs) to whatever I am taking. Pregnacare is quite costly and really all about the hype.

There might be some vitamins that make you nauseous so start with a particular vitamin such as Bco then add other supplements till you find the culprit.
