which bank in the world will grant you a loan and accept academic certificate as collateral? have you ever heard of such happening? even approaching the bank for a loan on such terms is a disgrace to whatever academic qualifications he has. what did he learn at school during ECONOMICS 101 lesson?

why did'nt he drop the certificate in leiu of the rent of a business premises or stock from a supplier? which sane individual will accept such does he think the world still operates by 'trade by barter'?
