Na so I happy ooo say I go get 3G for 1k....i sharpaly load 1k, I pressed d code.... Bt wetin Dem do me ehn... Na 1.5G Dem give me tot it will b 3G..... So guys if u received Dat same message from mtn.... Na scam of.. Dnt fall for it

Mtn are scammers they should be sent back to where they came from

Who scammed you? Dont blame MTN for scaming you. Rather, your lack of understanding towards the message MTN sent to your mobile scammed you. It simply means you should activate 1.5gb for #1000 by dialling that code.

Bro.... Read very well... I was told to activate it by loading 1k and dialing *131*106# which is d sub code for 1.5G and I will get 3G in total

Lets go by this: Thats an advert 4 the 1.5gb plan and by that text, you can only get 1.5gb if you load #1000 to activate it. It doesnt mean there is one 1.5gb allocated to you already. I ju

Haba, Lady Dominique, dont tell me you dont understand that text too. He wasnt promised 3gb. Its just like MTN giving you #25000 airtime but placed a clause that you must register your line before using the airtime. The same applies to this particular message received by the OP.

There was a conditional clause which op fulfilled. He had already subscribed for a N1000 for 1.5gb plan. All he had to do was do another 1.5gb plan and get 3gb which he did yet he was denied the data.

If what @dominique said is true. Then you should contact the cc, preferably through customercare@mtnnigeria.net . Their twitter handle is always busy and calling their cc on 180 is a waste time coz an excuse will always spring up. Mods should kindly help the OP to push it to FP
