Godwin Obaseki vs The Erikefe Idisi family.

The Idisi family of Delta State accuses Godwin Obaseki of defrauding the family of 36million shares of KCA-deutad Nig Ltd and dividends Worth over N5.5billion.

Even as Godwin Obaseki approaches the court to prevent the House of Representatives from inviting him for questioning as regards the violation of the local content act and the swindling of 36million shares owned by the Idisi family in their fathers company,the Eldest son,their attorney and a member of the house of representatives have again addressed the press on the seemingly controversial issues of fiscal irresponsibility with an express intent to defraud the idisi family as orchestrated by Godwin Obaseki.

The Idisi family presented the form CO2,CO7 ,company registration forms,other relevant documents from the corporate affairs commission,the agreement reached between the Idisi family and other partners of KCA-deutad Nig Ltd stating the number of shares owned by each of the shareholders and the list of directors of the company.

The Idisi family alleged that Godwin Obaseki was not a director in the company when it was formed and wasn't a member of the board even when their father Chief Humphrey Erikefe Idisi passed on in 2009 and were utterly amazed how his name"Godwin Obaseki" got into the directors list automatically when the Idisi family who were major shareholders were ignorant of the process.They however alleged that Godwin Obaseki has helped the company divert most of the shares owned by members who have passed on without the knowledge of the family members including that of the major shareholder Late Chief Idisi.

The Economic and Financial crimes commission have since began investigation just as the house of representatives have gotten involved too.

Godwin Obaseki was said to have refuted the claims some days ago and quickly hurried to the Court to grant him partial immunity from appearing before the National assembly for a continuation of the investigation on the issue.Obaseki claimed that he legitimately sits on the board of the company but doesn't know the whereabouts of the company shares because he is doesn't involve in the running of the company even if he now has majority shares as shown in the form Co2 of the company which he also denied stating that a German firm owns majority of shares in the indigenous company which violates the local content act as established by the National assembly.

If he can defraud a family, imagine what he can do to a state.......with his immunity.
