Goodday to u everyone,i need some1 to educate me on cassava chip business,our company have an industrial dryer for 2t/day drying,but my confusion are these,(1)is it the peeled bark of cassava tuber that is processed as chips or the whole cassava sliced into smaller sizes.(2)is the market readily available or can buyers show up here,i will be glad to receive swift response my dear agro-family.

peel back > chip > wash > dry > pack

what's your location? 2 ton per day is small for the quantity I buy. On a 24 day production cycle you will be churning out around 48 tons.
it's a good start though and let me know when you start producing.
