Were bokoharam members technically defeated or they relocated to neighbouring countries so that they can be invading villages to attack in Nigeria? We don't see their corpses but we hear the minister of propaganda said they have been defeated.

They've simply gone shopping for arms in Niger to come fight us in Nigeria through our unprotected borders. We'll never know peace and security again until we become militarily strong and technological and protect our borders. Everyone knows that the borders are long, so people should stop using this as excuse to do nothing.

Troops of the MNJTF that were at Bosso when the attack took place, comprised majorly of Nigerien soldiers and few Nigerian soldiers. The attack was massive. Although the Haramites were beaten back intially, but they retreated and lauched a massive counter attack.
if the other 3 nations get serious against boko haram like the way nigeria has done, this group willl be crushed and wiped out with 4 weeks

it's a big loss to the entire region confronting Boko haram, especially Nigeria. Most of those arms will end up in Nigeria.
Very true. God this is really bad!

Niger Republic sha!!! These people seem not to be sincere in the pursuit of boko haram. How on earth can you allow a military base to be taken just like that.

Where are all these savages getting all this weapons from? They should trace the people selling all these weapons first before going after the terrorists. I think from there, they can connect who's financing them.

boko haram is smarter than you think them to be.
They have reduced their attacks on Nigeria but increased their attack on the Nigerien military in order to seize more weapons and maybe recruit and indoctrinate more people and i think they will come again when they feel like they are strong enough.

With these few seized military wares, a few trained American soldiers can bring down the Nigerian army. my opinion.
These people are becoming an army in a nation's context.

I don't agree with u. With the sustained assault by the Nigerian Army there cannot be any rebound. Boko haram holds way before now because of the compromising stance of those at the helms of affairs. The victory against Boko haram in Nigeria is total and permanent!

When this deadly group started, they were supported by most northern muslims because they were decimating the Christian populations in the north by burning down churches during services. They made mockery of Christians, saying thier God is powerless and even went as far as killing pastors, butchering them like lambs in the slaughter. Sadly, very few islamic clerics and high standing Arewa elders came out to rebuke them. Fast forward now to 2016, the monster which they once stealthly nurtured from infancy to adulthood has grown their beyond control. Now they kill more muslims than even the Christians. Blowing up mosques and going into densely poplulated muslim areas to carry out their heinous deeds. Morover, these guys are drug addicts too.. ironically they take hard drugs but dont take alcohol. A major contributing factor to the proliferation of this deadly group in the north can be attributed to the high level of illiteracy and poverty in the northern region. They can easily be brain washed into carrying out destructive acts with the backing from their holybook. That is karma.. "what goes around comes around". Woe betides anyone who once supported them when they were annihilating and ransacking the christian community but sparing the blushes of the muslims.
