Some Nigerian are still far from being civilized. It baffles me to still see some people expressing tribal sentiments over issues that can be better resolved through dialogue. The Ibo express hatred for the Yoruba or the Hausa or the other way round, over issues of national concern. The fight for national unity claimed the lives of many in the past. Because I witnessed this personally, I pray fervently, it doesn't happen again. Niger Delta Avengers, please, embrace dialogue. Don't let the innocent people of Niger Delta suffer unceremoniously. President Buhari has good intentions for this country. Be patient with him please. Let those frustrated individuals who call for war seek for a better alternative - go and embrace any transformer close to your house and let those who have value for life remain in peace and unity!

The young man u quoted spoke the truth and u need not result to negativity to make your point if at all it was genuine! The government said they've met different groups of which they don't know which is which and how's that a lie? Infact, the amnesty Programme started by umaru was only going to snowball into something unexpected like this as many streams of militants would still arise to serve different ends and crashing the country's mono economy though PMB hasn't even stopped the programme. The militancy sprung again seeing GEJ lost his second term bid, amnesty isn't the only way, it's a means to an end and not the end itself. Even GEJ couldn't help majority of his fellow South southerners than only few selfish individuals. Best is develop the ND, let the wealth be uniformly distributed not by sharing money but by empowerment and others but surely not by granting amnesty only to hear 3yrs again that another set of militants had risen again. PMB isn't doing too well but, Boko haram,militancy are only pulling the country ten steps back as the masses would bear the consequences and not government. This government has come to stay till 2019 and any negativity would affect the masses than government.

Amnesty is not the main agitation of those NDA folks. Its much more than that offcourse.
Amnesty was started by Yaradua and it calmed restiveness in the ND region, Jonathan continued the same but your daft Buhari having no clue of what stakeholder management means tried to upset the status quo with his stupid dictatorial dumbness, the upsetting of that status quo which untill now contributed in maintaing peace in the ND has metarmophosed in something much bigger than he had anticipated and you are here yarning garbage.

The NDA terms are clearly spelt out but Buhari hasn't demonstrated genuine commitment to address them or at least reach a win-win situation and you expect things to be normal.
