I hereby propose that all looters be made to face a test that will determine if they can have their loots to themselves officially. The test involves converting the looted amount to N50 bills, bundling it all into one huge lump, and dropping the compete amount as a single bundle upon the looter in question from a height of 150 meters. If the looter survives the impact of the loot then he can go home and enjoy his loot, if it kills him then the loot goes back into the nation's coffer. [img][/img]
