I just drive my Honda Pilot 2009 model to Honda place...tell them to "knock themselves out". Expensive, yes but worth it

Camry v6 01, mileage 190000. question, I use mobile 1 engine oil 4 serving, but someone advice me 2 stop cos he thinks my car engine is small. is he right?

my leggedez benz is at 800,000 km. I oil it with vaseline. high grade vaseline for lubricant

Na miles, from the Speed dial its larger calibrations are in miles so the odometer is also calibrated in miles

Mine is Honda civic (uk) 2000 model with 301000km on it but still running like new car.
80% city driving/20%highway driving
Am getting 100km per 10litres with ac (city drvng), 120/140km per 10litres (highway)

Mileages: multiple displaying alternating mileage
Fuel type: ~~blood~~ lipsrsealed

Routes: we normally avoid MFM. tongue

So also differential servicing. Fuel level has 'never' gone below half. Tyre pressure recommendation as stated on the door side is always adhered to and checked every week. Interior is very clean. Car is washed everyday with liquid Carwash (ABRO)......etc..................and I don't use any 'kazeem' for repairs.....I stay very close to my office (10mins Drive). But I do a lot of highway on weekends. I am not a car guru but just believe in prompt maintenance.

Anyone in the house with a high mileage car? Pls share your experience. Proceed with this format:

mine is Opel Omega 2.0i 1994 model I don't actually know the mileage I think I have done a couple of milling from Lagos to Akwa Cross and it a stallion on the road I like it for now.

some high mileage cars are stronger and more efficient than manipulated low mileage car.

Advice:- The best things to look for in a car while buying are sound of the engine, The gear box, interior and exterior neatness, the AC &THE tyres.

Because some cars might hv changed the old engine to new engine but if d odometer is not change it will accumulate the previous km of d old engine and you will not know ure buying a good car with brand new engine.

some odometer is been manipulated because of d customers who believes in mileage but honestly mileage is nt a reason for rejecting a good car dt has every necessary things intact

Hello, the 297,000 you have on your instrument cluster is in miles and not km. Your reading in kilometer is 475k+ kilometers. Secondly achieving 500k miles as you wish will take you atleast 6years which am sure you will not the tolerance with the car for that long. You might wanna upgrade.

Servicing of transmission most times is not necessary but if you actually need to service your gear. You must use recommended oil rating of Toyota T-IV grade dependent on the year of your vehicle (Toyota Matrix 2005), any other transmission fluid will mess up your transmission.

If you don't use any kazeem for your maintenance, then who does it for you. Do you do DIY?

Chief, I think you maybe using a wrong oil for this car. Mobil XHP is 20w-50. The oil cap and owners manual on this car states that you use 5w-30. 5w-30 is not readily available. So I think the next closest should be Mobil 1 0w-40, Total quartz 9000 or Shell helix 5w-40..

engine is working perfectly with water coming out from the exhaust
