Don't bother changing it. Your car is calibrated in Km not miles.

Chief, I think you maybe using a wrong oil for this car. Mobil XHP is 20w-50. The oil cap and owners manual on this car states that you use 5w-30. 5w-30 is not readily available. So I think the next closest should be Mobil 1 0w-40, Total quartz 9000 or Shell helix 5w-40..

Its quite late to revert back to recommended or near recommended oil due to sludge which has built up and clogged some parts. If synthetic fluid is now used, they will wash off the sludge (synthetic oil have active detergents to wash engine inerds) and this could create lots of problem from leaky seals to smoking, intolerance and ultimately necessitate an engine replacement.

the odometer reading corresponds to the top most part of the speedometer.

if the major (outer) reading of the speedometer is in mph, your odometer is in miles, and visa versa .

yeah although i gotta tell ya, most of the older cars were built to last. the cars they make today ? they are weak. you want to get an old car and then refurbish it. that baby will last forever. the metals are stronger. these days they use cheap alloys. made in china cars lolzzz. made to breakdown

I use total quartz 9000 for service, I normally change timing and engine belt every December, still strong moving like fighter jet. Still enjoying it no plan of selling it now. I think mileage is just a number it never affect engine performance.

I will adopt your timing change model. Mine snapped on my way to Kano, car have never remained same afterwards

Any car with more than 75,000 miles is considered high Milage. It's recommended to Use only high mileage oil during oil change to prolong engine life.

If the mileage is in miles the temperature would be in Farenheit. The temperature is 32C...which means the mileage reading is metric...Km Modified after reading Kingreign comment. Miles cause larger reading is in MPH.
@Op.... not a mechanic...but if your car is that well professionally maintained your battery light should not be on. Suggests to me that you have battery or alternator problem. Car looks fine !...but damn...you wash every day?.. may soon need paint job.
