This happened after he was caught on camera kneeling down to beg Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose.

This is what we keep saying the way and manner banks treat their staff. The same bank that sent a publication saying the guy has knee problem hence he had to kneel has now made the guy a scape goat just to someone goes down for the show of shame. Its not just easy to resign these days else the best thing would have been for the guy to quit and leave them with their bank.

I know oneday a true Nigerian will energe to sanitise these banking sector once and for all, if it is only 5 banks we have in Nigeria so be it but they must have regional headquarters and wide branch coverage in Nigeria.

what I want to know is how this picture was leaked to the media.The person who did should be strung up by the balls.

I stead of them to wait till all the dust die down. If this guy gets angry he could join persecuting witness against the bank when EFCC come asking

Please note that this is not a demotion in any way as his salary will not reduce. A BM in a small branch can be moved to a bigger one to become an account officer(marketer) . BM do not earn more or less than there mate in back office. its unfortunate he was caught on camera but its a normal thing among marketers. While the the guys go on kneels to beg, the ladies do it on bed(note most of them not all)
