It's like Buhari is strategising for a war. Could there be a future civil war they are preparing for but we are stupidly unaware? let's shine our eyes.
Thank you. That is why I'm ashamed of my fellow southerners who spite each other and bicker over nothing. These people are planning something big but unfortunately, the politicians are already cowed because their hands are soiled in corruption and are afraid of the dogs being unleashed on them by presidency. It's rather unfortunate because as it stands, their inability to challenge this impunity and lopsidedness in appointments is akin to mortgaging the future of their generations yet unborn and instead of the southerners to come together, they'd rather insult each other. We share more together than with the northerners. I believe d in one Nigeria but events of recent past seem to justify agitations by ethnicities for federalism or we all go our different ways. The inability of the South to speak with one voice has led to this void presidency is exploiting. It serves their narrow interest for us to remain as we are in this unnecessary rivalry. This master-slave arrangement must end now!

This is wat is called strategic positioning for future strategic takeover of Nigeria.

This will help keep buhari or his self appointed successor in power when the time reaches.

Southerners are learners when it comes to politics.

Make we dey continue dey fight ourselves igbo vs Yoruba vs ijaw vs ibibio etc

While the North fulani with his Hausa alliance are busy consolidating power in government.
End of discussion!

Not Northern agenda but Islamic agenda, the Islamization of Nigeria is one of foremost agenda of d APC government led by BUHARI.... after putting his people in all strategic position then attack shall follow, like what happened in Turkey so many years ago. Read d history of Turkey u will understand what am talking about...
Nigerians open ur eyes before it is to late, Igbo & Yoruba are so slow too understand.
Killings by herdsmen in to reduce d population before the main thing take place......

You need a solution to northerners in government and the military/police and other paramilitary organisations?

ABOLISH QUOTA system and leave the private sector and go into the public sector*

You cannot control finance, commerce, industry and public service one must give for one* and less I forget Southerners should stop being selfish and brute when in a position of authority - we are not gods!!!

hehehehe, read my first comment and comprehend, I wasn't complaining, and btw the government has never in your own words enfranchised the masses, tell me one thing you get to benefit for being a Nigerian?, at no time has any government in power put the masses first, so I didn't disenfranchise myself from the government, rather, it's the government that did that to it citizens which happens to include me,but I can't say about you, maybe you are typing from one mansion in maitama, and don't really grasp the suffering of the masses
Na June, na July, both are half of the year. Whatever you say was your intent in your first comment.
The failure of the nation lies both in the hand of the government and the citizens. When the citizens give up on their government, they've only said do whatever you like and they will keep doing it unless citizens start pushing their own responsibilities too.
Vote when you need to vote and beat the shit out of your choice when he or she isn't delivering and vote another till you get it right.

THIS IS NOTHING BUT THE HARD TRUTH. THE ENTIRE SOUTH ARE YET TO WAKE-UP FROM THEIR SLUMBER TO FACE THE REALITY ON GROUND. I GUESS THEY ARE TOO AFRAID TO START.

Pa Bubu still de marginalise northern states in this rapid northernisation o. Where is Kogi state in all of these appointments??

Kogi state---has one of the best indices in anything good among "northern states" but na only police and army work dem de give us for this country. God punish marginalisation.

If this useless country ever divides, i would rather go with the Igbos than these useless almajiris where de draw person back.
Am a proud Kogite n I share with your opinion

Can you see yourself. The best you can wish is for the Nigeria situation to go bad and yet complain it's going bad. Why won't it be bad, since all you see and has hoped for is bad, worse, and worst.
Some set of Nigerians yearned for a better life by voting to change hands and instead of pessimistic individuals like yourself to embrace optimism hoping things go right through your own contribution and value creation, you rather chose to sit in your toilet to start ranting.
If they voted the government and they are not getting what they want, when 2019 comes they will still vote another because these set of Nigerians will not deter till they they get what they want rather than settling for crumbs like yourself.
Can you sow yam and reap cassava? If you sow yam, you'd expect to reap yam. Anyone who voted Buhari hoping for a positive change in the economy or hoping Buhari won't be nepotistic as he is doing now needs his head examined especially if that person was at least 10 years old in 1984.

You can't sow apple and expect orange to germinate instead.

You will still have high BP because I can't understand why you are bitter against Nigerians that invoked their franchise to give a trial of change since transformation mantra gave them otherwise.
If they complain, it is their right too do that because they decided it and can still decide another.
Rather than ranting, why not sit and think of the value you can add to Nigeria and your future.
People like you are satisfied with cutting corners as long as there is food on your table. (FFO)

hehehehe, I am not ranting, from my comment you should have known that already, I am more of a realist, and from what I am seeing so far,the parameters do not swing towards the better side, reality is hard to accept especially if it's not positive and to hide from it we hide behind optimism, don't deceive yourself Mr,things ain't gonna get better for the common man out there, it might for the political class and the rich(the gap between the rich and poor will only keep getting wider) but not for the masses, it's the reality, I indulge you to quote me on this one for future reference, I belong to the class of the masses,I was in my house on election day because I lost hope in government along time ago, I see optimism as a psychological tool to keep people inline
Hmmm...sounds just like me. Wonder if we are Siamese. ....

The North unarguably has the largest number in the army so why can't they enjoy positions like that? How many of una kinsmen enrolled in the force if you are from the south?Mind you ethnic bigots. The previous GOC,Maj.gen Laz Chima Ilo is from Daura or Kano? Is he not an a southerner? Gen Ilo left as garrison commander and came back as the GOC 6months later in the same 2Div.! Northerners didn't cry foul.Either some people are born to hate or they are innately stupid when commenting..and of course am a proud south-westerner.Deal with that! undecided undecided
