1)nafdac reg no.
2)roll leathers and packing bags.
3)vehicles for distribution of products.
4)worker or labour.
That concludes all the requirements for pure water production next we will talk on how to go about setting it up at barest possible cost ever after that we will talk on how to run it in other to attain maximum profit stay tuned.

same process as in pure water . ur bread also have to go for analysis, ensure that ur bread is bromide free or ur out.

no it doesn't take time. ur tademark has to be uniaue to u, u can't by pass trademark go to where u registered ur business name they'll guide u on what to do.

btw 1100 to 1300 per kg depending on company, quality and micron d best micron to buy is 36 micron but not all companies has d machine that can produce it uniformly. also not all operators can set ur machine to produce satchet with it .

Are you sure that profit can be made in Pure Water business with the high cost of nylon. See the calculation below based on 1kg:

Cost of nylon = 1,400

The N1600 above is what is left to take care of distribution cost, staff salaries, cost of Diesel, repair of generator etc. I believe this will not be able to cover these costs and still make profit.

like u said cost of nylon 1.4 m. other calculations; energy, labour, miscellaneous comes in.
energy; u use 4 litres to produce 500 bags ie 30000/500=60x4= 240x145=34800~40000.
vehicles from experience consume 4x factory
consumption ie 4x40000=160000. total is 40000+160000=200000.
labour; operator= 15000. packers x2=20000. drivers 1 truck =18000 motor boy/girl 8000and 2 tricycle =28000. incentives for drivers and motor boy/girl for 1200 bags = 1200x25= 30000 manager 18000. total;
15000+20000+18000+8000+28000+30000+18000=
137000~ 140000
miscellaneous= 100000~110000
total for nylon, energy, labour, miscellaneous; 1400000+20000+140000+110000=1850000.
profit; 300000-1850000=1150000√
