1937?interesting. Nigeria has come a very long way. This is another one for the history book, i did not know that in 1937 we were connected to the outside world via the telephone. So, the Mobile Phone was invented on 3 April 1973, and it got to Nigeria in 2000(MTN/ECONET), thanks to David Mark,who refused that mobile phones should be made available to everybody. If only we had embraced technology earlier, like the way we embraced this phone in 1937, Nigeria would have gone far. 2 Likes |
