Since you are a tad Internet savvy, I'll post four unsolved murders (there are more and this is just about people from Peckham involving Nigerians (people of Nigerian descent))around Peckham axis. And you can tell me why these "coppers" are yet to find their killers.

- Tipsy: he was executed gang land style in 2003 or so in Camberwell. It happened in the afternoon with gazillion of people there and they emptied two Uzis on his body. Yet no one has been convicted for his murder till today.

- Boogie: he was shot dead in Walworth in the afternoon in 2009 or so. Head shot from the back in the afternoon but still unsolved.

- Termz: shot dead in Kennington in either 09 or 2010 in the afternoon. Still unsolved.

- Mad Larry: shot dead through the window in his house in 2010 in Camberwell in the afternoon. Still unsolved.

I can go on and list up 10 similar cases from Peckham. And the streets know those who killed them but you can't convict people if there's no proper proof.

Let me give you examples of two people who beat murder charges. CCTV saw them close to the scene of the crime and they were in remand for months, but they still the charges and the cases are still unsolved. And they're rappers and they dry snitched on themselves in their lyrics but they still beat the cases.
