Damn! I saw him yesterday too when i was returning bck Frm work at around 17:15 with no crowd gathering, everybody minding their own business ,@1st I thought he's insane and is resting Nt knowing he's a f'kin' disgraceful Naija mopol! For disgracing our country he needs to be sack!!

Most of the police constables have intense complicated issues that drive them into sipping alcohol above control.

I met a constable with a family of 3, who told me how much he earns, which is not enough to take care of just his family not to talk of the oppression from relatives and in-laws.

When they remember these problems they tend while off with alcohol that takes them away in reflex.

Nigeria Government don't value security welfare like their dogs.
