OBJ awarded the road to Babalakin his friend who built the 2nd Airport terminal in Ikeja ..the man could not execute the project as he had no Moni..it even became a court case
GEJ awarded that road again after out of court settlement with Babalakin....
Please I know you hate GEJ but he was the one that awarded that road to RCC and Julius Berger in 2014...
The work is about 60% completed...
I go to Ibadan on a monthly basis ....you are a paid agent ..am not..so I will say the truth

Am on my way to Lagos on the day of flag off & it was stated that the work will complete by 2018, theres no where 2015 was mentioned on that day but if you have link where such was mentioned please provide the link.
