Good evening bro/sis

I just need your help in getting the stock backup of your rom. something happened to my phone that made it to crash and never boot past the logo last week, so I formatted it with sp flash tool with the hope that I already backed up my phone with mtk droid tool, but not knowing that it was not well backed up when I did it. So after I tried to flash back the os to my phone I now discover that system.img file was missing in the backup folder. so after flashing the remaining files to my phone. it just only shows the EXPERIENCE SMART LIFE NOW and wont also vibrate when turned on. So after doing my research I discovered that it was because of the System.img file that was missing.

Have also downloaded the stock rom online but it is not good/compatible with the phone. So please if you are in lagos I can come over to your side with my system to do the backup or get the backup. please help me, I currently have no phone.

I did etisalat 3.5gb for #2000 plan yesterday to download the stock rom of 1,813mb but etisalat removed 2,100mb yesterday. after waiting for upto 4 hours before the download was completed, I quickly extract and launch the scatter file in sp flash tool only for the rom not to work. That is, I just wasted #2000 in this harsh economy.

I also see the one on romkingz.com, the size is 1.7gb but where I one see 2k to subscribe again. am just tired bro.

I went there twice, but it seems those carlcare representatives in the software department@the Ikeja branch don't no what they are doing atall.


To just help me and install another os on my phone, they are telling me it won't fix it. I even asked them to give me the software so I can do it myself, since it is only system.img file that was missing but they were very rude. Not until when I argue with one of them to just install the os. Before she did it. I even showed her my sp flash tool and try to explain what was missing but she wouldn't listen..

But thank God that she finally did it after much argument. And I then showed her that it has started working.. She just don't no what to say.


Well I just got back home now and have been enjoying my phone ever since then.
