Yesterday morning I noticed my Smile 4g subscription was exhausted and I had an urgent email to send of which I quickly subscribe for MTN 30MB daily bundle afterwards I got a confirmation message that I have been subscribed and I should text NO104 to 131 to prevent autorenewal which I did as you can see in the screenshot. I then got a response that I don't have autorenewal active guess what? This morning they went ahead with the autorenewal ![]() I know it's just N100 but I've suffered such in the past for a N3500 package which was automatically renewed even when I canceled it.
