Leicester claim they are not in it to win again yet they've made strategic signings and are trying to keep their stars. See Spurs, L'pool, even Everton. We have not talked about City, Chelsea and United. I want to see Wengercadabra with this kind of opposition

I'm sure he will see worse from the fans this time around,we are bigger and richer than almost all the teams you mentioned ATM, why can't he sign and do business easily and faster like these clubs, the money,UCL,London everything is there, these players even issue come and get me plea,they feel Arsenal just like an average football fan but this man is just solo relaxed and okay with mediocrities.

Financial stability/security matters a lot these days. But then again, there are those who are into the game for the passion and joy that it gives them.

Hard to categorically state what motivates a player either for the money or the passion. But then again, Kante does not strike me as the kind of player that will want to deny himself of the opportunity of a Champion's League feature this coming season just to play for a dying Chelsea.
