I can't view both my camera and saved whatsapp pics,visited my "gallery" and it displays "no thumbnail",i'm using gionee p5 mini,what is the way out. |

I think the problem is from the gallery app itself,its a die-hard devil,is it possible to unistall it and replace it with any gallery app from playstore? |

To reboot to safe mode, just press your power button as if you want to switch it off.. Release the button when the *power off* and *reboot* screen shows.. Now click and hold power off.. It should display some info den u just have to click OK... |

The problem is with your media scanner, I once had this prob and this was how i fixed it Goto settings=>Apps=> All apps Then scroll down till you find "media storage" Note:the name may be different on ur phone, buh itz gon start with media Select it, clear data and force stop it Not: clear the data before force stopping it, then go back to your gallery you should see "0 media files available" or "no media files" Reboot your phone That should fix it |
