Her dead and decomposing body was discovered by villagers -after she was carried away by heavy flood and buried in a swamp mud at the back of a river days ago. May her soul rest in peace.

Perhaps the flood could have been controlled if her local government chairman was allowed use of the lga allocation to build culvert and flood control gutters.

But fourth year going, Imo state governor Okorocha abandoned the rest of Imo State, but is gripped by an obsession to build an El-dorado city in the state capital, Owerri, with all the state and local government allocations from the federal government and the IGR of the state.

That upland Nkwerre area to Amaopara to lowland Orlu Urban need flood control gutter. Flood carries multi-storey buildings in Orlu. Similar flood once carried away a baby in Orlu a few years ago.

Former governor Ikwechegh from Bende area started flood control gutter to channel the flood coming from those upland areas to a valley in Orlu, but could not finish the project.

Former gov Udenwa didn't do the completion.
Governor Okorocha is fixated only in building a city like Tower of Babel in Owerri, despite pleas to complete the gutter in Orlu which he has ignored.
