Am so sorry about the loss of your family friends, may their Soul rest in peace.
I travelled through the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway on my way to Abeokuta, late last month and was so shocked at the dilapidated state of that Road at the Ogun State End.
FG should please intervene quickly and repair that road to avoid further needless deaths.

There was a fatal accident involving a container truck and a Toyota picnic car along Abeokuta-Itori road immediately after Obada area in Ogun state on Saturday July 16th. The Toyota car was completely destroyed beyond repair after the tragic crash with the trailer as reports have it that only four people survived the incident out of seven passengers. The cause of the accident was not revealed.

very very sad,just got in from Uyo dis nit and my mum just broke dis news to me abt how my auntie lost two of her close family friends In a crash involving a truck and her car,i knw one of dem well,its just so sad cuz they wer full of life ,never knew d news was here already,May God grant dem eternal rest....

9ja's case seems irredeemable. No single sector works. To be fair this failure has accumulated over decades.

Where do we even start? Light, /transport/roads/accidents, rotten healthcare, education, crime/Law & order, poverty/hunger, bad economy, joblessness, hopelessness?

A brave govt starts one by one, with the most urgent first. But it seems there is urgency in every sector right now.

W cannot continue like this. If we do, the implosion that will ensue will be pathetic.

Did you see any FRSC officer(s) among the rescuers? No. But they are somewhere down the road, stopping cars to demand for vehicle particulars and collecting money. I strongly believe the Acting IGP should redefine the job of FRSC!
