Rip to the dead. Which part of Lagos is this? Never heard of this place. Is it around ebute meta /unilag axis?

Smart man...I kept reading all comments above you, no one mentioned that. All boats and all apart separated by water under fire tells you it was an arson. Is this the big attack that NDA promised us?

No way. What you're seeing is purely the outcome of unbridled greed. Lemme explain. This is my Island, though I've relocated to PH. I still have a sizeable number of friends and relatives there. I just came off the phone with one of them moments ago.

The boat burning alone in the last picture was laden with petroleum products, most likely PMS. Illegal pipeline activities is a daily occurrence there. The boat was loaded with PMS from one of the numerous NNPC pipelines criss crossing the villages in that axis. The youths must done overnight stealing of products. My source told me the boat contained about it 2500 litres of products. On its way to its destination, other youths accosted it and scooped from it, much to the anger and frustration of whoever may have bought the products at the pipelines. The other burning boats were boats attached to the main boat before the fire ignited. They should have allowed the loaded boat to go safely to its destination but greed won't permit common sense to prevail. They're paying for that greed.

This area accommodates different kind of marine vessels. My source confirmed the number of dead people. My community is again thrown into tears. A similar incident happened back in 2004. I lost 5 friends from that one.

On your way to Apapa, get down at the Liverpool bridge. Get a boat to Island.

Lmao... Sea school is at Apapa.. you can get there via tincan/Liverpool. close to Sacred heart church and you have to go via water transport to get to igbologun, snake island

except otherwise proven, I'll go with your submission for now, the fire looks more of arson than accident. I wish the way people are praying for this departed souls, they can pray for the peace of this nation like that. God help us, put your love in the heart of our leaders.

Can u imagine me wey get office around marine road- Liverpool axis for over 8 years no sabi or neva heard of igbolodun before ? Too bad. I only know that fish market where them dey enter boats but don't really know where them dey go apart from takua bay and snake island. Other villages i no sabi.Thanks. I think that was the area kachuku visited recently that he saw the rates of bunkering their very alarming .

Very well.. My secondary school is very close to the place.. i always take that route when i going to work then and Apapa is where i was brought up.

That your school may be either Apapa High school, Randle or United Christian. I may be wrong shaa....Its actually easier to get to Igbologun via Coconut bust stop.
