And all these beautiful developments in Warri which is not even the capital of Delta state. Imo state governor Okorocha who reduced himself to become governor of the state capital, Owerri, needs to see how states develop their many cities at the same time. Gov Okorocha doesn't seem to understand that a state was not created to have nearly all development infrastructures in the state only in the capital city. In five years, Okorocha has built every landmark infrastructure of his administration only in the state capital, Owerri. He abandoned the rest of the state after attempts to build roads in them, most of the roads remain uncompleted after four years. 1 Like |
