Some people swear by it but i'm not a fan of it. Its easy to get addicted to it and the profit you make might not compensate for the energy you will invest in it.

It's normal, I think for those who have very flat tummy b4 pregnancy. My bump started becoming obvious from 16weeks+

Present Ma'am.

We are fine oo. Had my 2nd ANC yesterday and we did some interesting exercise. Na so i wake up this morning all my laps dey pain me and i don even forget say i do exercise . Apart from that, God has been faithful, the pain i experienced last week according to my doctor and my midwives, they said its uterus stretch as some mama made mention here.
Got myself checked on Monday and we are doing well.

Will be doing my anomaly scan later in few weeks.

I welcome all new mama, May we all carry to term in jesus name.

let me break it down for you.
It's easy now cos it's you THEY are bringing. Where the task begins is when you want to convince an average Nigerian to drop ordinary 1k for registration for one MLM. you would talk until you start breathing through the mouth. My people would rather buy gala, lacasera and keep the change than invest in some chain marketing.

If you know you can't talk for Africa, you are not good with sweet mouth and sweet talks, DON'T BOTHER! That business is about convincing people to buy what they do not need or dump their money where they don't have to. Your sucess or profits depends entirely on other people's work. For me, that's not a good business venture. For a good business, if you are working hard enough, you should be seeing your profits and not waiting for the other people who registered under you to work hard too....
Many people have not really had so much good experiences with them so convincing people to register is a lot of work. Someone like me who has first hand experience with them, there is nothing anybody can say to convince me to register with any network market ooo....if they have any product I kinda like, I buy and use and go my way!!
That's my opinion. The final decision lies with you. All the best though

I weighed 63kg before pregnancy. Currently weighing 86kg as at last check at 37weeks.

My rant

what kind of exercise is dis nw, they want to kill me in this office, i happen to be a front desk person, when i was employed my boss promised to fix an electronic door, which i can open and close for anyone frm my seat, fast forward to 2 yrs now that av been here the electronic door has not been done, my boss insist the door must be locked always, so that means that i av to open the door for and lock after anyone dat comes in or go out, as am the one directly facing the door (glass door) and i see pple coming in first, now my problem is that, my colleagues will always find reasons to go out, if i lock after one, another might pop in just as am sitting down, now that am pregnant its really telling on me, i can stand and sit to open door like 8 times within 5 mins, and i cant tell them not to go out, if not them, they will keep sending the cleaners or errands to buy God-knows-what and tell them to return immediately if they are not pleased.

Make una follow me thank God oh! Finally the HMO has rectified their wahala. They called me this morning and kept apologizing for the delay and giving some plenty lies on top the apology. Finally, I've been able to register for antenatal today.
