It appears the bank did not state these staff were sacked due to poor economic conditions. That means they were sacked due to non perforomance bla bla and thus cannot claim redundancy payments. Maybe the lawyers should look at wrongful dismissal as against Asking for severance payment.

We are operating on a single resource economy (oil) and if you were "intelligent" enough you would've known forehand that the economic hardship we're facing now was caused by the slow down of oil prices /barrel.

Our primary hope which will be diversifying the economy(to other ventures like agriculture and minerals) , the "dullard" is already working on that.

Most banks in Nigeria do not pay severance packages anymore. They used to but now once you are sacked you go with nothing.

Nigeria as a nation has bin on auto pilot for a very long time, we don't know where we are heading too. We don't have leaders who work on ideology, just the same old school talk that am going to construct roads, create employment etc which is their primary assignment
