These people are always recruiting for the same roles, very high turnover rate. It is a very bad sign if staff don't stay in an organisation for long.

We had a 30 mins lecture on how to be employable and why graduates are not getting jobs. We went for the interview afterwards.

mine last year was a position for a PA...we were up to.120 for dat post...only 1 person dey need
