Well, I witnessed such miracle at the intersection between 1004 and Civic Center at Victoria Island, Lagos. I was driving from Eko Hotel roundabout towards Civic Center where we have bumps on the T-junction. A blind beggar was on my car window and I was about giving him something then KAI brigade pick-up arrived. I saw with my naked eye how a blind beggar and his escort run 990. I mean a blind beggar ran at top speed away from KAI.

Since then, I have seen many beggars who look way more healthier than most hawkers on the street. I prefer to give to hawkers than beggars these days.
