It is unfortunate Tompolo and every other NDA or ND Militants aren't bring fair to the people.

When they were getting security contracts, enough wasn't enough. They should have accepted oil spill clean up, instead of naval security contracts.

For 7 years, they fed on the cut from money ($400/month x 7 years) being paid under amnesty deal to Militants who laid down arms in exchange for amnesty.

Only the cousins, brothers and close relations of Tompolo and Co were shortlisted for international training under amnesty deal. The common Niger Delta so and daughter were left hanging.

7 years of $400/month and hundreds of people going for training internationally has still not lifted the Niger Delta from penury.

Now Tompolo is on the run. Asari has lost his voice. Okah is in Kuje... The fisherman cannot fish still. Oil spills aren't cleaned up, in fact more spills happening by IOCs, NDA, NNPC, Navy and everyone.

This is one task this government is on top of big time. NDA and Tompolo (as far as I am concerned, same entitiy) needs to be reigned in and oil production multiplied by 3 folds in order to fund the budget.

The recession you speak about as a financial sector player can only be staved off by petrodollars. Forget all the diversify story.... There is no funds to diversify anything right now.

Tompolo needs to either be arrested and negotiated with, or approached through back channels and negotiated with.

Search your soul, he did not campaign against killing of Boko Haram. The way the FG was going about the fight was viewed by many in he North as destruction of civilian population and economy. Buhari only echoed that as did many international organizations like, AI and HRW.

And what sayest thou to the late Andrew Azazi's emphatic assertion that "PDP is Book Haram and Boko Haram is PDP"
Not forgeting the fact that he was a serving NSA (appointed by the ruling PDP) when he made those claims shortly before his death.
