Webometrics only tests for articles in selected journals..
Unfortunately they don't archive most paid journals.

It is not a test of standard of education...

not even all articles but only those in the open access domain.

Some schools publish in US journals which are mostly not even captured

This Webometrics ranking is based on just one or two criteria, it's not holistic. In most rankings, UI and Ilorin are more consistent among universities in Nigeria. I'm happy to see UNN on top for once in the recent time.
