PH is composed of both Ijo and Igbo areas...and when the time comes,the city would be divided along those lines moreover as an Edoid I don't see your connection with PH

Professor Ben Nwabueze was canvassing for the unification of the entire Igboland into one region, from Agbor to Arochukwu and from Nsukka to Ikwerre. The Professor's proposal is achievable through dialogue and boundary adjustments. However, I don't think the Eastern region should be exclusively Igbo. Many neighboring ethnic nationalities will definitely like to be in the same region with the Igbo people.
