Better to declare an election inconclusive where rigging has been established than to accept doctored result and declare undeserving winners.

ignorance all over the place on this site. The advent of inconclusive election is a result of our elections getting better and tighter. The electoral act says that once the difference btw the winner and the runner up is lower than the number of persons yet to vote. Those from polling units yet to cast their vote must be giving the opportunity to do so. How is it PMB' fault? Formally we all know that the PDP held sway and wrote results as they seam fit. Now with APC the electoral contest btw this two power blocks is tighter hence the inclusive outcome of the elections. So it's a good thing if you decide to see it so. Otherwise you are free to keep blaming Buhari as if he wrote the electoral act.
