Most go to USA for childbirth because the baby automatically acquires citizenship status. I'm sure ObyJackson cannot offer that

But on a serious note, there are health facilities in the country that rivals some of their counterparts overseas. The problem is brain drain. The system isn't encouraging professionals to practice within the country.
