You will need to renew the documents up to date which will cost you 2k500 since this applies only to vehicle license.
Change of ownership is 15k.
Re-registration is 25k and this includes your new no plate and all documents in your name.

You can't renew because you would need the license no to do so and obviously you don't have it.
You can get a re issue. With your name and your date of birth on it, you can do this.
