Hello guys. My uncle who owns a bar (beer parlor) called me yesterday that he got a paper from some guys who claimed they are working for rivers state internal generation revenue. They claimed he's to pay a sum of #91,000 before a week deadline. I asked him if he has been paying tax which he affirmed. He showed me the documents which he paid for operational permit, liquor license and sanitation fee I just wanna know if that document is legit. Thanks
