when we say Niger Delta is not developed these is part of the problem... Federal govt give us a deep sea port in akwa ibom to sustain the Eastern Region they want to tie us to lagos, now u say dangote is building his refinery close to the ocean, na only Lagos get ocean.... The IOC must not sell oil from Niger Delta to him because he is denying us development.

Yes offcourse... If the country is restructured the Niger Delta can build a refinery bigger that what he has... Then we refine our crude oil and sell, thereby create jobs for our youths through our resources...

Oil is not a Niger Delta commodity, it's an international market commodity and regardless the source of the oil, Lagos state is still going to make bank off thousands of workers payroll checks and sales checks all the way down to retail on the streets..
