by now u should know Lagos State will be the source cuz..exploitation and storage has already started in FPO aje field...with a start speed of about 12000 barrels per day which will b increased to 40000 wen everything is ready mark my words" storage has already started so Niger Delta is out of the show

he made the plan about 2years ago almost wen he started building the refinary in Lagos as at dat time no crude has been seen in lagos. so he can't just back down from the investment he made to transport crude from Niger Delta. cuz the crude oil in Lagos was just seen may diz year.. don't know au far he has gone on the pH pipe work though but I know definitely he will now b having a second thought cuz of the expenses.

OP do you even know the current oil buyers from the Niger Delta? How can you prevent Dangote from buying oil in the Niger Delta specially when the are offshore platforms out on the high waters.
