The guy was trolling Nigerian police. He knows how terrible they're. Where in the civilized world would police stop you twice in 10 mins just to say, "have a nice weekend, sir"? In Nigeria, the ONLY reason police stops motorists is to collect bribe. This guy didn't want to say he bribed police, to avoid being targeted by police. |
