I bought a phone from slot and reluctantly subscribed to their warranty @5h, sometime last yr. Fast forward to 2016 the phone fell and the screen damaged.
I returned it to them and they fixed it, without demanding a dime. My phone screen costs about 20k to fix, not only was it free but the professional touch was awesome, you wouldn't know d screen was fixed. I encourage you guys to insure your phones.#GratefulHeart

I bought the phone @their office in Benin, although it's applicable to all their branches.

The last time i went to their branch in aba. i was told that i can't ensure the screen because i didn't buy the phone that day. Meaning i must buy a new phone to be entitled to screen insurance.....painful

Sorry bro, the moment you are buying the phone it's the time you subscribe for the insurance, else people will take advantage of it.
