Linus Okorie, you should know apart from the padding ,the so called NASS constituency projects is illegal and not provided in the constitution is fraud and deception by the NASS which EFCC, Nigerian Police Force, DSS should take action against this type of fraud.

I don't really know what the constitution says on this budget issue as regards the power of the house to add or subtract.
One thing I don't like is why this fool will associate himself with this fight. Two Hausa men from APC are fighting in APC government. What is the business of An Igbo PDP lawmaker in this show of shame.

Yes, but a handful of individuals does not constitute the House and the addition/subtraction should not be done surreptitiously.
