In Nigeria's Council of State Meetings, it is a special club of northern Nigeria with OBJ from the Southwest.

This Council is advisory to the ruling govt, but also influences vital decisions of the ruling govt.


This is how Nigeriafraud has been functioning at the detriment of the areas that produce the country's wealth.

The country should expect further downturn.
