The defence is terrible and I feel dropping Mikel in front of the defence will help the team cope with defence. That will also reduce our dependence on Mikel for Speed. He will help cover gaps when our wingbacks overlap.

Azubuike is not enough to help shield that defence. Conceding Four goals is too much.

don't knw why everybody is lashing out on mikel, dis guy is one of Nigeria most technically gifted players and we should learn to appreciate him, take ur mind bk to Nigeria vs Spain even though we lost d match u all could see hw he single handedly marshalled our midfield. d guy is more or less a defensive midfielder nw and our success in dis tournament would depend on hw siasia uses him and put him in is preferred position which is d central r defensive midfield position where he can protect d defense and pik out passes both long and short ones.

Let's try and commend this boyz.They arrived few hours to the match and still went on the field to play compared to their opponent who have arrived weeks and had a lot of acclimatisation on their weather and more training session.
