Have been using it for a week now and nothing has happened. The two account are of different email address which are not linked together. Check my signature to know the blog. I just want to know if when its time for payout, i will be safe

I thought as much @fineyemi.
I guess it is on the issue of address and so on. Although, I dont know much, but you can use different address or something in that direction during pay out.

Its allowed and not allowed at the same time . it is allowed in a multi author blog where all the authors decide to use their own AdSense code . In this case, they make use of multi author AdSense plugin which make it possible for your own ad codes to show only on your posts alone . Same apply to other authors . On the other hand, if you are a single author ,NEVET TRY IT. I repeat NEVER TRY IT. It sjust like having two anti virus on your system . The clashing of your ad codes will drive up your CTR and RPM to immense proportion that will eventually lead to google banning your ad account . Shalom

As long as the accounts are not linked together. It has different name, different contact and address and entirely different profile. so....i guess am good to go. I use it for a week now and i have no problem

Yes. it will first be pending. Adquet will check ur site after some hours or days. if its OK by them, yhu will be able to publish for Adquet.
