I bought a land in Esien Udim Akwa Ibom state,as at 2014 from an indigene of that community,although i stay in Abuja due to my kind of Business,before leaving Akwa Ibom by January 2015 after ensuring a proper land duccumentation and signing every necessary aggreement,I fence round the entire land to stop iligal entry,but to my greatest shock this is what my land was turn into,the whole land was a waste den,the most anoying part of it all is that commercial waste recyclers have been dumping all manner of shit and stuff which may take additonal 5 years for this land to completely decompose and ready for use,infact there is a place i noticed as a grave yard,i wonder if someone was buried there, am totally confused and selling out the land to another buyer is what is trobleing my mind,i just feel like moving out from that site ,and no one seems to Know those behind this evil act,please what will you do if you where in my sheos,i need reasonable advice

The entire land is fenced round,although i was able to grap the photo before my phone shut down due to low battery,but i promise to supply more images to base my proof,am in Akwa Ibom now still looking for an intrested buyer,this is far beyound jokes op

hmm that is really a big deal and i dont think i have such time,i need an immediate buyer even if it means selling it less the official price,the land was #800,000 but after every settlement and fencing it hit 1.2 million, so i dont mind selling it 700,000 or 800.000 dispite the loses,i cant bear that

Try that then.. If nothing was hurried, then sand fill the waste. But ensure you don't build directly on the waste as it will affect your building. Wherever you wanna build, ensure that you clear waste out of there and sand fill before using it. Then where you intend to make your compound space, you don't need to get the waste out, just sand fill on top of the waste. Many people used waste to fill up roads and their compounds in my area (Waterside, Satellite Town, Lagos), especially swampy lands and roads.

And to correct your statement on your first post on this thread, not all those waste will decompose. At least, the plastics, if aren't biodegradable, wouldn't degrade in the next 15-30 years. So do put that into consideration, that it's only the organic wastes that will degrade easily..

Essien Udim? 800k for how many plots? And despite been in a rural settlement how come people would dump waste in a fenced land
